Work can be in any media, providing that the postcard does not exceed 4” x 6” [105mm x 148mm] (A6) in dimension and does not exceed 4mm in depth. This is essential for display purposes.

All entries will be available to view from 14th-19th August at St John’s Church, Northgate St, Gloucester, with the judge’s top 100 on prominent display. Prizes for each winner will consist of £100 and £50 for each runner-up and will be awarded on Saturday 18th August from 11am.

The winning works will be displayed on the ARTournament website and the winners invited to receive their awards in person where possible.

Further donations and prizes are being sought so it is very possible that there will be more than one runner-up prize and more than two categories.

The entries will be sold after prize-giving on a first-come, first-served basis at a minimum of £5 per work. All proceeds of sale will be donated to the Milestone School.

Works should be signed on the back, with your name also clearly written for identification purposes. Your name, address and telephone number must also be included on a separate piece of paper, so that organisers will be able to identify and contact you at short notice, should you win.

If you are able to collect a prize in person on the 18th August, please say so on your contact detail sheet. Organisers will not store contact details after the competition and will not pass on any details to third parties.

Unsold works cannot be returned by post but can be collected from the Sabre Art studio-gallery between 11am -5pm on any Saturday in September. Any works that remain uncollected or unsold by 1st October will be donated to the Milestone School for sale at future events or for disposal.
